|
Im trying to find out the corporate culture of some companies job postings, but I find it kind of hard. When I read the websites of various companies they package (describe) themsleves as very nice companies & places to work, but I know this can be all for show to attract employees. Is there a better way to research and "TRULY" find out a companies corporate culture? I would like to know as much as I can before I apply for a position. Any tips appreciated
Thank you |

Better business bureaus and information from the attorney general's office in your state can help you to determine how the business is performing from a customer's point of view. Asking the employees can only get you so far, as you have already guessed. Maybe try to be a 'customer' on the phone or soemthing prior to an interview just to see what you get, but.....good luck. I would say to check out BBB records for sure though.
