I don't know about the Visa issue, you'll have to check it yourself on some specialized sites (this site has something about Australia and USA visas, look for it in the search bar).
About the sponsorship....I am a newspaper aditor and we're on the market since last year and we got pretty successful. We didn't have funds either and the way we got them was to do this: we built up a very very good business proposal project, accompanied with bussiness program, goals and expected results and we went to variouys companies, big ones. Companies HAVE TO sponsor some organizations or individuals, because they benefit from some taxes advantages.
I must say our project was so good, we got more than we expected.
Good luck!

The Australian Government has a list of most wanted occupational categories which include teachers, medical professionals, engineers, trades people etc. Dog groomers isn't on the list.

You are very unlikely to find a sponsor in Australia for the type of business you operate. However, you may get a visitor's visa (you won't be able to work) and as the conditions are different for citizens from different countries depending on what agreements are in place beween Australia and the other countries, you need to contact one of our embassies or consulates. Enter http://www.dfat.gov.au into your browser and it will get you to our Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade where you can find out the contact details for our embassy in Turkey(?).
