Hum? Have you signed something in this regard? Thee's no official and legal fee for this thing as far as I know. The only way in which you'll have to pay for this month is if you signed some initial contract which specified this thing.
However...about the letter...just ask nicely "I, the undersigned...etc etc, hereby ask for a redusal of penalties etc etc. The reason I request this redusal is because...etc etc" |
