I am planning to apply to company Y.

Recently attended a careers fair presentation by company Y. Presenters there told me on how to apply by:

1) giving me the business card of this consultant asking me to send letter/CV to him/her.

2) But this consultant is not the person who deals with recruitment/ not the HRM manager etc... h/she only the middle man.

So i guess i need to tell them in letter to pass my CV/cov letter on to the recruitment manager.. BUT how should i write the letter nicely with good etiquite? (as every word counts & every word determines success of application)
