I have a similar site, but somewhat more geared towards reviewing a company and individual aspects of the company like salary, culture, etc.
It's called TheWorkReview.com - the idea is to gather lots of reviews, and then job-seekers can use the information as a part of their job search process. Hopefully it will make things a little easier for everyone, and provide some transparency into various corporate cultures.
If anyone has any feedback, please feel free to post it, I'd like to hear it.
