Thanks for your post. I personally have never done this, and it may be that a lot of our readers have not as well.
So if you do find out any information, I hope you'll consider returning here and educating us with what you have learned.

| Quite an old thread, but a very interesting subject - working holidays. It sounds like a great solution for bartenders, waiters, etc who can always find an opening in a tourist region. What about us, the other ones - do you have any ideas (not talking about Spain only, but also of any other country). For myself I admit that I was never able to find myself a "holiday job" so any advice would be appreciated. |

Been there, done that! Picking fruits that is I've worked for a year in Spain and picked strawberries. The time was extremely hard to do, but the material compensation was good. Don't even think about trying it if you are not ready to get up at 3 AM and get back in your room at 8 PM! The employers are really strict and you'll have to be physically strong first then psychologically strong at second.
I suggest trying it out for the summer period. 3 months. You'll know if you want more or not  |
