I am on this new permanent job for 4 weeks and hate it, I getmany calls for temp jobs and get some calls for permanent jobs. I used floating holiday interviews, will use sick day for more interviews next week. Eventually they will get suspious and can me.

Here are the issues.
1) 56 years old, was unemployed for 4 months, been in nonprofit last 14yrs
2) labeled as non profit industry- FOR Proftit companies dont call me.
3) Have pinched nerve and if it does not get better there is a remote possibilityI could need cervical surgical fusion in sometime in the next year.
4) job is not good location to take time off on lunch hour and interview

What is your suggestion, quit now, or take temp job, or wait out the year becuse after 12 months I can take a family leave thus wasting a year, or keep looking for permanent job and rick being fired for taking time off. Co-workers also use Perfume which irrates my asthma.

I would continue the search9ing but try to keep it covert as possible to keep yourself from getting fired. One way of looking at this is if you get fired you may be eligible for unemployment. But there is not any reason why you should resign yourself to this job or being miserable.

Keep looking.

Hello.

I read your question, and I wanted to ask you this - if I can show you a way to invest $150 US per month in your family's health and turn that into $1,000 or $3,000 US per month, part-time, what would you say?
