I' ve been advised by recruiter that the interviewer would like to see my negotiation skill. Apart from telling the story, is there any good way to show that I have a good negotiation skill? Or what kind of story can reflect that I am good at negotiation?

This is not about telling a story, or at least it shouldn't be. He may be referring to your capacity of negotiating things like salary, position, job. Thruough these, he will see whether you are good at negotiating anything. YOu might want to do a little research in the company, if you didn't already do that, and see what exactly their requirements are all about and what the field the opperate in is. Then you'll see what you need to negotiate as an employee in the respective company.
Also, have a little search on this site cause there are some helpful articles about negotiation/negotiating. Read them and see what you need to do. Good luck. |

| I don't believe he wants to hear from you any kind of stories in which you show that you have negociation skills. My opinion is that he will test your skills with some key question and maybe make you sell him a product, fictiv. That's because anyone can come up with a story to stand for them they that have negociation skills. |

Yes...read some things about how to negotiate, read some things about verbal and non-verbal language and how you can use both of them to persuade a possible buyer/seller, depending on what situation you are given.
I've been through such an interview and they gave me 20 minutes to promote a product and to persuade a buyer to purchase that product. I was pretty convincing cause I got the job. |
