Hello I'm working as a IT Production / IT Support in one of the UK's leading document scanning and document archiving companies. As a part of IT team I have to prepare images to uploading, send img to indexing then convert them to PDF or create Alchemy Database out from it upload it to SQL server with proper CSV file, rename burn files into CD etc, if nessesary I'm fixing issues with printers, desktop PCs (like instal windows configure LAN, create IP, connect to domain etc).
On top of that I've wrote some batches and macros for excel that speed up loads of jobs in company. I've completed PoWWoW project for Nestle which involved uploading over 2 million images with information that client requested for each of them. It took 30min to process 3000 of them after I wrote Macro & Batch for it it was just 3 min, I've speeded up loads of jobs just like that...
I had to talk with customers over phone, prepare Scan on demands and general customer service, (for example this file should not be in database please remove it)

Could you please advise me what should I write in my CV about work in this company becouse my lack of proffesional english stops me from writing something realy good. So far my CV looks like:

I would write that you are an IT specialist/IT production personnel worker. You can elaborate more about your duties in a cover letter or under 'key skills' if you desire to.
