CV Tips.com is here to help people get jobs.
We get a lot of people who are going through hard times, and we have many members who are doing it tough.
Being unemployed is bad enough. To abuse people going through the misery of unemployment is inexcusable.
So they don't need people being "clever" at them online.
Flaming is unacceptable.
It will not be tolerated.
Fortunately, unlike just about every other forum on the planet, we rarely get this problem. Everyone is sincere, and trying to help.
That's the way it is, and that's the way it's going to stay.
Any post which is abusive or in any way offensive, will result in immediate banning from the site and deletion of all posts without notice.
The policy is zero tolerance.
One strike and you're out.
