Hi there,
My feeling is that the first page perhaps lists too much detaiil regarding education. The question is how interested will a potential employer be in knowing your grades in each subject? That is for you to decide, but its important to focus on what really matters. What will the employer be looking for? Its all about your skills and experience, which brings us to page 2.....
Instead of describing your "duties" why not think about responbsibilities. It may sound like the same thing, but duties are things you have to do. Responsibilties are things you are trusted to do. Or even better, your achievements are proof you have done a job well. You can learn more about this in this article I've written;
http://www.interview-tips-that-work.com/achievements-in-your-cv.html
The language you use can give your CV a real boost. Describe yourself using positive words. A great hint for this is to look at the language in the ad you applied to. It will almost certainly include words that describe the ideal candidate, such as flexible, efficient, etc. By sprinkling these words in your CV you can send a message to the employer that you are well suited to the role.
I also think it would be helpul to put your experiences into context. Give the reader an idea of the size of the operation you were involved in. How many customers were you serving? What was the turnover? What did the team achieve while you were there? The idea is to show you were a part of a success story. If you've done it before you can do it again, for a new employer.
Good luck
