What about Personality Test before an Interview??
I have an interview in a week and they told me that I have a personality test before the actual interview. I have absolutely no idea what they mean. I have searched on the internet and there are all kinds of personality tests and I got more confused. Can anyone tell me if they ever had this experience and if there is a possibility of failing a personality test? ###

I'm guessing it's probably one of those "behavioral" type tests where they ask you stuff like "It's okay to steal, yes or no?"

Of course there exists the possibility of failing this test. But failing in what terms? Meaning you don't fit their requirements from the point of view of your personality. You just don't match the profile of the job.
