I am residing in the Philippines, a freelancer. If any body out here has knowledge on how to price a PageDesign & Layout jobs, please help me.

A supposed project is Magazine Design and Layout.... If you or somebody has been with this job, how can you price the this type of job? Would it be by dtermining the total number of pages or..... what do you think.....?

I'll be offering services for this job. So, I need some advice from the GURU people...
