The top part [where it is in paragraphs] looks a little funny to me but I am used to resume format myself. There are a number of articles on here about cv construction, as well as templates. I am going to give you some basic stuff on cv's and there are links down the side that go to some of the other articles within this article; hope it helps!
Content looks fine though.

As lexa says, the content is fine.
What occurs to me is that while you have a lot of useful info, all good, your CV will need targeting to specific job applications.
We've found that a One Size Fits All approach usually doesn't work.
Because of the amount of information you have there, at least some of it won't fit essential criteria, etc. Suggest you use this as the source material, and build your applications selectively, depending on context.
The skills and experience paragraphs are likely to need some tailoring. I would expect that they would become part of addressing criteria and showing specific skills and experience, rather than as a single series of statements.
Another thing to consider is the number of words. UK Satellite Operations is a case in point. I suggest categorizing the work into project management, staffing, accounts, training, etc, as best suits the application.
There's so much in this material that in pure sentence form, it blends in, rather than stands out.
The current fashion is for brevity. But I'd suggest, at your level, you make direct contact with employers to make sure you're both providing what they want, and showing them what you can do.
You can obviously demonstrate additional value to any employer. It's largely a question of playing by their rules when you apply. If the information is presented in their preferred format, they'll understand it much better.
You can also find out how to include your extra value components, doing it their way. |
