Think about this one, What is the ROLE of the Interviewer?

When you are at an interview, what does the person who is interviewing you need to ask? What does he/she need to look for in a prospective worker/employee? How does the interviewer need to "prepare" for the interview in advance? How does the interviewer's role differ from the role of the one who is applying for the job and being interviewed?

Good question 7 days.
The interviewer needs to make you say things that will identify you as the right or wrong job candidate.

Note he does need to ask you specific questions!

He needs to know if you are the right candidate in theory....
It is well known that some managers do not go for the best candidate because they fear in 2 years her will take their job !

Think about this one, What is the ROLE of the Interviewer?

An interviewer needs to prepare by checking what are the needs of the department that is hiring . Reviewing the resumes received knowing what pay range is he allowed to negotiate ...

Roles ....
Interviewer : makes the decisions,
Interviewee : helps help him decide

C.
