It really depends how dumb you think you should be, or would like to be.
Think of it as a new form of poverty you haven't tried yet.
This means that you have just given six people $2 and joined a queue, at the end of that queue. For that same $12 you could buy food, help educate a child in Africa South America or Asia, donate to charities, and not get arrested for operating multiple bank accounts in assumed names, which is illegal in most countries.
You could also throw the money out a window, and not get charged by the bank(s) for money laundering, which is what it would look like. How, precisely, do you explain hundreds or thousands of $2 payments? You could just leave your $12 lying around in the street, and not get hassled online by people who prefer to believe they're not stupid, and want to know where their $62500 is at this moment.
Thing is, if you're connected to a bank account, and hoping to get a look at what's in that bank account, someone might ask where you got the $62500 from. If the bank, the tax man or the police don't like it, you can get in big trouble. In some countries, the "proceeds of crime" go straight into the pockets of the "authorities" and you wind up paying to get arrested. Not necessarily the best use of your time and money, is it?
Some people are that dumb, but not everybody is that dumb. Save your $12, let someone else be an idiot, it builds character, I'm told.
