I finally have a job interview coming up and i'm thinking about the "Why do you want to work here" question. Well, I'm interviewing at a university and one of the main reasons I want to work there is to pursue a Master's program that they have (and it's totally free if I work there). The Master's program is in the same field that I am applying for so if anything it would benefit them and all of the classes are in the evening. So should I mention that as a reason or is that in poor taste?

Further education is a good and positive thing.
I would not mention it unless I am asked, but if it comes up do not hesitate to tell them that you "would be interested in getting more skills to server the university better"
