Hi! Everybody would agree that there are many advantages to run your own business. You have no bosses, no schedules. You work for yourself and are very flexible. Still, not many people start their own business. So I ask you: why? What are the reasons for this? Is it not enough money? Or connections? Or courage?
In Internet you can find numerous guides how to start working for yourself with a lot of pros listed. But let us list those cons which prevent us from being self-employed. Smile

I am totally agree with you. Because no one in world want boss on head, and after doing our business we are ready take a challenges and with no problem of Money in our life .

Most people are so use to the 9-5 job and paycheck to paycheck. It easy and somewhat secure. But with the economy being so abd and most company are downsizing and closing down, working from home is becoming the biggest trend out there.

I think starting your own business needs lots of determination and courage..

Its not easy but if you try nothing is Impossible.

You need a good idea and a good business plan.

I think that fear is at the heart of it. People are scared of the non-steady cash flow, not knowing enough about marketing etc, and even knowing what they want to do.
