Hi,
I have just completed my graduation in financial management. I would like to work abroad and do not know how to go about it.
Please answer these questions:
(1) How to get an international work permit and all steps to working abroad?
(2) What skills and qualifications do I need to have to work abroad?
(3) How can I get information about the country in which I want to do work?

Go ahead and research a few countries that you think you migh be interested in. By researching what theya re like and what they are about, you should be able to get a feel for what you will need. Langage skills in the native language will be a big plus. After you have decided upon a few countries that interest you, see what kinds of jobs are available there to correspond to your education. And then see what you have to do to move abroad. One option may be an internship abroad, to get you started with a company and get a feel for how well you will like living and working there.

I'll try to offer some answers to your questions:
1. It depends on the country you want to work in. The work permit is gained for each specific country because each of them have their own policies. Lexa gave you a good informational link in this regard.
2. The same you need when working in your own country, the only difference is that you must work ten times better to get noticed because you're not on your own domain. You're in someoneelse's house so as to speak. It's all about determination. Eitherway, you must be in control of their language and own policies.
3. From the country's government site, it depends on the country you want to work in. They all list their policies and rules regarding work permits for foreigners on their government's site.
No matter the country choice, learn the basics about the industry you want to work in and apply with a corresponding resume
