OK so far as it goes in terms of information, but needs some work, and a few basic principles.
A few points:
1. There's a few typos. Those need to go.
2. When using titles like Region Parisienne, use capitals, if that's the way the name is presented.
3. Grammar- easy to do, but not in a job application. Like: it's "explain to customers", not "explain customers", etc. (I worked in customer service for 20 years and there aren't really a lot of explanations for customers.)
4. Misspellings, like pro forna. Not easy if you're using a non-English dictionary, but be careful.
5. Computer knowledge: Obviously you've worked with a variety of databases, as well. Include those to show you've got experience in that area.
6. Duties: "participated in meetings" could be "was involved in marketing meetings where we ..." Not enough information.
7. "Duties : Enter, up sell and verify orders using the guidelines set forth" is good English, but it's the wrong English for the sentence.
Normal usage would be "...in accordance with guidelines". "Set forth" normally comes in the middle of a sentence, like "ABCD set forth guidelines".
Overall, you've got plenty of material for a good CV, but you'll need to cover some essential criteria in your applications in more depth.
For example, decision making: You've got "Managing accountsand making decisions on level of compensation for all service issues." (note typo "accountsand")
That doesn't really tell anyone who you were or what the decisions were about, or what was the product of your decisions. You will need to provide more info, like were you literally the Accounts Manager, what sort of compensation, what service issues, etc.
Remember also that when applying you'll need to target your application to the job, so the CV will need some reworking with each application. Some information will be relevant, some not.
Sorry to be so nitpicking, but the employers will be, too. |
