I live in Bromley, England and I'm looking for a job in London in Human Resources.

I don't have any previous experience in the sector, but I have just finished the BA Business Management degree.

Any tips on how to get my first job in HR, considering my lack of experience?

Even with that level of degree to prove yourself you may have to temporarily take a job that you think is lower than your skill level to at least prove yourself. A great way to satrt out in the job market when one has no job experience is thru temping, as well as looking at traditional jobs. You could always temp until you find something more permanent, and consider the temp experiences to be on the job training!

Considering working for a temp agency asking to find you HR positions ?
Why the shift from marketing to HR ? In London there are more marketing jobs than HR ones.
