Either too old or too young - you just can't win!

I was browsing around the Net earlier and came across this article.

I've known there's a problem with ageism amongst employers but it seems that you just can't win these days.

Should there be a law against employers refusing to employ people based on their age?

I think there should be. Although those who are determined not to employ older/younger people will always find a way of getting around it, it might at least make some employers think twice about their reasoning.
