Ignore spam and repeat posts

We still have some posters who apparently don't get hints.

Spam is repeat posting of ad materials, and/or posting in the wrong place.

Anything that doesn't contribute to the discussion isn't worth having on the thread.

CV Tips.com is here to help people get jobs, not bore them to death with useless posts about scams.

We even had someone posting links on posts from 2005. This is obviously not the top of the mental tree we're talking about here.
