    I agree. I'd go for acceptance too. Before saying yes to anything though you better have all the knowledge and guidelines about the job at hand.

    I would like to point out that the best way is to collect the offer letter. Once you have successfully passed the interview you should tell the management that you are ready to take up the job. Most probably they will give you the offer letter. Once you receive it you can safely decide whether you want to join or not. In case you get a better offer you can inform them that you have got a better offer and therefore you are not interested in joining.

    In general once a company makes an offer, one would start to negotiate the salary. This is usually done via phone.
