The idea of the site is excellent, and it's not often you see a philosophical or humanistic motif in a job site. I think people will be interested, and will get some pleasure and perhaps some peace of mind with your forum and the opportunity to speak in a forum.

    A few suggestions, though:

    1. The English usage reads like it's been translated direct from HIndi, and it's a good translation, but the usage is different from everyday English. The problem is that it's at some distance from modern English. Not all English speakers are literate enough to read it correctly. Suggest you modify, keeping the same ideas intact.

Note: The quote below should be "misled", it's a contraction of "mislead".

    2. I know that the Indian job market is ferocious, sometimes brutal, and I think you've definitely found a very helpful idea in your forum for people to speak about their professions, and explain the conflicts and issues between their aspirations and their jobs.

Having said which, I think you need to spell that out, like: "Tell us how you and your job relate to each other. What issues do you have? Are your job and your personal values in conflict?", and similar.

    3. We see a lot of Indian people, particularly younger people and graduates, who seem to have a very tough time getting started in their local job market. I think this is an area which would benefit a lot from your approach, because we've had very unhappy, deeply depressed people on the forum, telling us about their hard times just trying to get entry level jobs. We've also had quite a few professionals with those problems, a bit more advanced and mid career- related, but again, their aspirations and realities aren't connecting. They have to try to find their way through the maze as best they can.

I think your site could be a great way of helping these people to connect, and more importantly to get current local knowledge which can help them. We try to provide what help we can, and local links, etc., but as you know, there are also scams, and a lot of useless information cluttering the field there, and they need to know how to avoid these things.

    4. You're obviously in start- up stage at this point. Let us know how you go, and I suggest you post your site's message on our International Jobs thread as well, because that's where we see many of our Indian members advertising and looking for work, so you'll definitely find some more interested people on that thread.

Members: This site contains some interesting ideas, and there's one piece of advice that applies to everyone on this forum page:

    Few words to New Aspirants

Do a business that suits your nature and character. Don't get mis-leaded " it's a business requiring a lot of efforts but gives you lesser in return.
That's good advice. A job that costs you more in misery than it pays you in money and fulfillment isn't a job, it's a punishment, and it's one you can avoid. Check the site out, see what it's about, and consider for a moment how those ideas apply to you.

    Thanx Pauloz,
Your suggestions are really nice. I'll definitely incorporate these.
However, as far as english is concerned, a majority in India is using same language. Our english is basically a translation of Hindi. Its a difficult part to look upon .
