URGENT!

I have completed MCA from IGNOU and I don't have practical programming skills. I want to become a software developer.

Inspite of the financial problem, my father who met with an accident fifthh time has admitted in NIIT (SCJP and SWCDP) courses because he wants me to become independent since I'm the eldest in my family.

I wanted to know that have I made the right decision by enrolling in these programmes.Because if i don't get a job my family will have to suffer. At this point of time job is very important for me.

I could not post any replies because i wasn't well for sometime after completing MCA.

What should I Do? Please Suggest....

IS it important for me to look for a job now itself or concentrate on the course.
