this is a common trend that I'm seeing. More and more companies are creating job that are only contract or part time.

A lot of companies are cost cutting due to the economic crisis we had in the past few years. They wanted to hire employees on a project basis to easily let go of them when they are no longer in need of their services. So they hire and fire after the number of months you signed in for the project. This has been one of the ways that many companies are using to save on their salary expenses. But there's still hope if you will keep going. There are job opening out there waiting for you. I have read an article from the interviewmastermind.com about 5 Subliminal Tricks That Make Employers Adore You, it was a cool article that talks about how to get employer hooked on you in one sitting.

The main priority of the companies today is to save, so this is the reason why there are many "project-based" jobs today. It is a sad thing because job security is at risk. Are there any way we can deal with this? Or we will just follow this kind of trend?
