    3. Boredome with same work culture since 2 and half years and ther is no other way to escape from current assignment than resigning.

Okay, since you didn't leave a lot of information about you KSA's I'll give you the basics tips.

1: Do your research. Know something about the company you're applying to, you don't need to know their whole history, but know enough to answer.

2: When asked, "What's you biggest weakness?" Answer honestly, most 'get a job' books will tell you to find a strong point and present it as a weakness, bad idea. tell them you're weakness without putting yourself down, and then explain what you're doing to over come it, i.e. My weak point is working with excel, but I'm currently studying the Microsoft tutorials and hoping to gain my certification in the next few months.

3: Don't over-sale yourself. Don't build yourself up, when you don't have the skills, its better to explain that you're knowledgable in certain areas, but explain that your eager to learn.

    I hope this helps.

    Hi

Some ideas for the "why do you want a new job/why did you resign" question:
    - Talk a little about what you learnt in you last company and how it helped you to develop (this shows that you are willing to learn)
    - Explain what your ambitions are and that you recognise to achieve them you need to move on to a different role to develop your skills.
    - Describe how you believe the job that you are apply for fits this.

Don't criticise your last job, be as positive as possible.

    Good luck

You got some great tips already. I agree with the poster above who says don't complain about your last job. Before starting to work from home to spend more time with my daughter, I was a store manager for a local retail store. I did hiring. It was a big turn off (even when you had the best canidate possible) when they couldn't stop bashing their old boss or workplace. There are tactful ways to do it.

Some ideas I came up with were along the lines of:

I enjoyed my last job, but it wasn't challenging enough.
The company was great to work for, but I didn't see enough room to grow within the company.

Or you could take an approach that doesn't even mention anything about your unhappiness and say something along the lines of I am looking for a job a bit closer to home.

I suggest you get interview tips from job experts. I believe the article "How to answer the 13 most common interview questions" which I found on the site www.interviewmastermind.com can help you with your problem. Good luck!

I would focus on no career path at current job, as it's a dead end job & that you are looking for a better advancing job ... etc.

'Why you do you want to resign?' can be a difficult question to answer. It's always good to research about the company you want to work for. You can say that you want to change your job because of growth. You can also say that it would be good for your career to work with their company.
