non english name and surname in english cv

Hello, I am not native english but i am looking for a job in England. I think my native name and surname are difficult pronounceable in english and employers may avoid calling me. Would it be correct to write english pronounciation near my name and surname in CV?

In my opinion it is not a big issue. You can write your original pronunciation. It will not harm your image at all.
