Employer wants me to sign "no sue" in exchange for

Recently was sexually harrased at work. Quit position, then filed a complaint with the company's ethics hotline..Filed for UC, got denied...told I had other options rather than quit..Filed an appeal..Just contacted by former employers company attorney, wanting me to sign a "no sue" agreement in exchange for them not showing up at the appeal hearing..Haven't received the actual agreement they want me to sign yet...Any opinions, suggestions, thoughts?

you should send a reminder to the company's ethics to which you had filed your report. I hope they will take further action for it.
