    I would copy this. Posting a photo on a resume is not expected by default. So you should send it or post it only if you are asked to, otherwise don't.

    Use this if you want to use a picture.

    Its pretty cool. They give u a website with your name in it like yourname dot info

    I have processed lots of applications in my work 95% of the time, the pictures are very off putting, don't put a picture in your CV or Resume, except the job is related to using your face/features as a selling tool e.g modelling, news reader etc..
