    Is £3 an hour too little?

    The national minimum wage for 16-17 year olds is £3 an hour.

    Now, that may be acceptable for those who are taking part-time jobs to help them through college but what about those who have decided to leave education and take full-time employment? Is £3 an hour an acceptable wage?

    If you were 16-17, would you be happy with such a meagre salary?

    If not, what do you feel could be done to change the situation?
