Although not technically a standalone search engine (it's more of a hybrid between search engine and job board) I would recommend this site: canada jobs ..
They do perform scraping from regular job boards but also receive employer job postings directly..

I recommend an advanced job search aggregator: www.jobguideweb.com
A summary on Job search websites and tools
I. Job Search
1. Jobguideweb.com, advanced Job Search aggregator
It aggregates job opening from indeed.com and simplyhired. All openings are segmented by job titles. A user doesn’t have to type a keyword; he just need to choose the right web page according to his favorite title. It also has the function of user comments and book recommendation.

Indeed.com, simplyhired.com. These two sites aggregate lots of job openings directly from corporate job sites.
3. Linkedin.com
1) There are some job discussion in the group newsletters
2) It has a job search function, though the openings are limited
3) A register can be found by a recruiter through networks if the profile is well written.
4. Monster.com, Careerbuilder.com, hotjobs.com.
Thesee are the three traditional job boards. But many of the openings are contract jobs posted by agents, and the portion is increasing.
5. Craiglist.com
Most are local jobs from small companies.
6. Industry job sites
webjobguide.com for Internet industry.
Dice.com for IT,
efinancialcareers.com for finance,
7. Corporate job sites
At the beginning stage of the job search, you should make a list of target companies, which includes 20 to 40 best companies in your favorite industries. Register and create profiles there and check the new jobs regularly.
