We are currently recruiting for an IT Customer support analyst, to join an existing team of three in supporting our UK customer base.

You must be proficient in the following technologies

Microsoft Windows Server 2003/2008
Windows XP/7
Office 2003+
Windows Server Security - Local and Domain
Basic database maintenance knowledge MS SQL and/or Oracle Database
Network technologies and communications

The following areas are also beneficial

Virtualisation technologies
IIS / ASP.net
Customer Support experience
