What do you think of my boss's email?

So I work as an IT contractor at a public school and so does my 'boss'. Our reporting client manager said to 'just be available' on a couple of snow days the schools closed down due to weather.

So here's what happened after submitting my timesheet. I still did not change my timesheet but it bugs me that his email sounds threatening... considering that the client and previous bosses have allowed me to work from home post surgery in the past and also have in mind that my client gets charged a flat yearly contract for having us onsite... Oh, and I forgot to mention that this new boss of mine likes to cheat on his timesheet by posting OT when he shows up late 1.5 hrs each day and then takes a late lunch to never comeback. Whenever the client is looking for him then he works from another site of our client so that no one knows what time he really got there.. please read email thread from bottom to top...any opinions welcome

No problem, I also did some more testing on the *** GPO push that I've been emailing you about.

Just know that if the VP or anyone asks, you will have to justify your time. We won’t be able to count time that we were on call (available), just work done. If the timesheet is correct, that’s fine. Just want to make sure before I approve.

I did (from home) and worked on a couple of app packages and web apps research and also was available as per the client's email.

Unless we worked all 8hrs on those two days, we need to adjust the timesheet.
