Thumbs up How many times to send out your Resume to one Co.

I sent 3 resume got nothing,no calls 000..I want to work there I like there hours and tips.

It is a busser job. I don't want to seem needy. But the lady did say in April, they may
start hiring. I know mothers day""may""" is a Fine Dining restaurant Xmas.

Should I send out another resume for April It is my month born 04/0419??

    Thank you

    Hi bds,

If you've sent three resumes to an employer for a permanent position and you haven't heard back, it's probably not interested in you.

However, this may not be the case if the employer specializes in temporary, event-specific, or seasonal work.

Such employers often frequently put out calls for resumes (we need X number of staff for this event, etc.) and thus accept resumes all the time.

You'll want to check the kind of employer you're applying to and calibrate your approach accordingly. Good luck!

I would suggest only 2 times, depend upon the number of vacancies available.

I agree with the other posters, I think it is time to move on. Take the qualities that you link in the job, and search for one that is similar. Chances are they either have your 3 resumes in a pile, or your skillet may not be what they are looking for.

I would simply call them and express interest in the new position. Ask if they still have your resume and send a new one if they don't or if your resume contains new relevant information. Otherwise, don't send them a new copy.
