First of all, you can drop the last line about references. If you are applying, you are expected to have references. Just have them ready on a separate piece of paper and make sure they are ready to expect a call.

Make sure you finish the final line with a period and cut the stray apostrophe. Also, "I am undertaking" and "I am a student member" use to different meanings of the word am, which means you can't leave the second one out.

In your duties, you should highlight your HR, management and training skills near the top each time and try to describe it in a way that would appeal to someone who is working in HR rather than travel.

Use "06/2010 to present" instead. The fact it is a date is obvious and you don't need any capital letters there.

I'm not too familiar with British resume conventions, but I'd be tempted to cut the GCSE results unless they were requested. In fact once you've university secondary school or highschool (whatever you call it) isn't usually seen as relevant.

Hi VPatel.2707, peanutbutter is right regarding emphasizing your HR-relevant skills. An HR company likely will not care about in-flight retail targets or ensuring aircraft safety. Put your HR-relevant skills at the top of your lists.

    Good luck!

You could probably cut some of the irrelevant duties and use the newly-created free space to your advantage in a slightly different resume format. You don't have to go overboard with colors and glitter, but just a minor change in formatting could pique the interest of the recruiter looking at a big pile of resumes.
