Cici, I'm not sure what you mean. Spamming people is not something we recommend! Of course, work-at-home opportunities often involve marketing and often involve email, so you may find legitimate work in that vein. Again, try that forum link I sent you, as it's devoted to work-at-home opportunities. Good luck!

    Hi there Cici,

As a recruiter, I have to tell you one thing that really stood out to me about your post. You mentioned the word skills. Most people who are looking for their first job do not understand this. Since you have limited experience to draw from, you need to learn how to skill-sell a potential employer. Or, as you pointed out, started with a "work from home" type job to gain your first employable skills.

Later this week, I am going to be posting an article from my blog both on this forum and at: http://www.jobgettingtips.com/?p=76 (If you visit that link right now, the article probably isn't available yet)

But you are welcome to visit my blog at http://www.jobgettingtips.com and sign up to get free updates. You'll get an email when I post this article, and you might find it really useful. It's called "How to Get a Job With No Experience" and focuses on how someone like yourself could really skill-sell your way into a job in the not-so-distant future.

Anyway, I hope that helps. Keep focusing on building and developing skills and everything else will fall into place. I promise!

    Hi Cici.

I'm not sure where you are from, but a lot of countries limit the amount of time underage people can work and what sort of work they can do. You might want to ask for some advice from local adults to see if your potential job doesn't break the law.
