Planning talent requirements for IMS Server Practice in consultation with the Practice head for different functional and operational areas supporting the strategic goals and capabilities enhancement objectives of the BU / Organization.
Extensive Implementation & Management experience in Server & Storage Technologies i.e. Windows 2000 / 2003 / 2008, Linux, Sun Solaris, HP UniX, IBM AIX etc.

Experience in mapping ITIL processes to the tools for Monitoring & Managing the Servers.

Knowledge of various Server reporting tools
