Over 50, unemployed & unsure of the next step?

The UK is currently facing a 17 year high in unemployment within over fifties. Following the recession and redundancies that were made, OFSEE’s (Over Fifty – Skilled, Experienced and Employable) are finding it increasingly difficult to get back into employment. With lots of high profile schemes aimed at the younger generations being put into place, how can OFSEE’s make themselves known? Considering a new career as an Assessor or trainer is a perfect way for experienced workers to stand out from the crowd when it comes to securing employment.

The Vocational Industry is thriving following the economic downturn, businesses are recognising the importance of qualified staff and more people are looking for an alternative route to University. All Vocational courses need qualified assessors who are highly experienced and knowledgeable in their sector; OFSEE’s are ideal for this role as they have the sector experience and work ethic required.

The courses can be completed in less than 3 months, at Bright everything you need to complete the qualifications is provided for you – including the candidates for practical assessment.
