Hi,

The company I currently work for has transitioned from onsite development/support to full off-shore effort. My job changed with a merger to documenting/hand off of all projects. Not a good long term career choice...so I'm moving on. I'm trying to redo my resume to remove all the techy/developer bits to focus more on leadership and data warehousing (my true passion). I'll post both old and new for advice on the transition (what to leave off and what to keep.
