I am not happy at my current job. My boss is always complaining about my work no matter what I do. I am the kind of person that admits when something is not done correctly but this is more than that. This is something that has to do with him. I am in a contract and if he fires me he has to pay me compensation, whereas if I leave I have to deal with some kind of remuneration to the company. How do you explain this unjust termination? What am I supposed to do? I am very unhappy in my work and my contract is not over until another 9 months.###

Okay, getting fired might seem like a winner here. However, it will look bad on your resume, you have to find a job etc. There are not a lot of positives about this, even if you quit.

Have you openly, honestly communicated with your boss? Have you tried to carefully state that the tensions at hand are making it hard for you to do your job? If you have not tried to have a neutral discussion with your boss about your working environment, then maybe now is the time to do that. Just be careful about when it is done and how you choose your words.

You might even practice out the 'confrontation' beforehand so it doesn't come out as a confrontation.

i would start searching for a job though too and see if there are any loopholes that can get you out of the contract you are in.
Just in case.

In this case, you might want to get some representation. That's if you cannot handle this yourself. The research about the legal base of everything. How can he fire you, in what terms, what if you resign, how to resign properly, you know...maybe a specialized person knows better.

Any contract must have an escape way so you should make a copy of it and read it carefully and find that way. If you're unhappy with your job, you should definitely leave it and move on with your career.

However, you should resign in good terms.
