For those of you seeking work, why not create an online profile with zoomspec.com? As well as listing your skills and education, you can also upload a video cv i.e. a set of short presentations based around your key competencies and skills. This gives you the chance to show how well you communicate and also gives the employer a more rounded view of who you are. You can upload video pitches for a specific job, upload examples of your work and much more. It doesn't matter what industry you are in, a video, like a picture speaks a thousand words, and may just land you that dream job.
The site has many other features that allow you to create your own blogs, upload events and network with others.
Once your profile is created, just include a link to it on your CV - it worked for me.
