Hi this is my first time on a chatline so I dont know how to begin this i am in college trying to get a degree in IT (information technology) and I have a paper do on what I would be doing when I finish. I deceide to or my be a helpdesk rep. but in order for me to finish I have to interview someone in that field is there anyone out there that is willing to help me please so I can complete this semestrer. thank you

So if I'm understanding you correctly you need someone to interview who is in the IT Support industry? You can find a lot of companies who have help desk jobs at http://jobsearch.monster.com/jobsearch.asp?re=1&pg=1&q=Help+Desk+Support&cy=US&brd=1&refine=1
You could ask any one of those companies if you could speak with one of their employees. I would just tell them in good proper English, that you have this project, and you would like to talk to one of their employees. I think most companies will be glad to help you out, assuming you are polite and couretous in your initial conversation. Good luck!
