Free Career and Job Search Advice

someone please help me i dont only need tips but i axcually need a place to work!! I am 15 years old and i despratly need a job, my dad said to me when i am 16 i will have to start paying him 20quid a week for rent!! I wont be able to pay it him because i haven't got a job and i cannot get a job anywhere and most people dont even give some15 year olds a chance!! I've tried everything i can think of, please people i really need a job!!
and i really need your help!!!! I am on the verge of killing myself!!

So if you live in worcester, By london road? Then pleeeeeeese give me a job any job will do i am sooooo desprate.... gimmie some tips as well people please, thanks for your time!! xxxxxxxx

Thats probably not the best way to try and find a job, advertising yourself as desperate will probably be a turn off for most businesses.

Dont worry so much, many people find it very difficult to get a job, i spent ages trying to get one when i was first starting out. Try and make a really good CV up, and going around every shop in your town or nearby area, and ask to speak to the manager, and then give them your CV and explain that you'd really like to get a job, if they are not in just ask the person to hand your cv to the manager.

But dont say because you need the money, say because you want the experience, and because you want to be independant. If you apply pretty much everywhere somewhere will take you in because it is alot cheaper for them to hire a 15 year old instead of someone older because minimum wage is lower.

You could also try negotiating with your dad and seeing if you can get him to lower the amount you'll have to pay every week
