Do you work somewhere that celebrates holidays that you do not celebrate? I'm wondering because I don't want to single anyone out as being a "poor team player." I also don't want to discriminate. I know that they're not loud or rude with their beliefs and I don't want to be that way about ours. Nevertheless, we'd like to be able to celebrate Christmas this year. I know that it's still a little early to think about Christmas but I'm wondering how you would handle this.

Could you perhaps have a "winter holiday" celebration instead, with bits and pieces pulled from a lot of the holidays celebrated around this time (Christmas, Hanukkah, Kwanzaa, Yule, etc.)? I'm sure there'd be a way to get past the stigma of it being "overly PC" and make it more about learning about other cultures and holidays and make it fun.

I was honestly thinking the same thing. Why don't you have a winter celebration? You don't even have to make any mention of any holiday if you don't want to. Just have a lunch buffet in your office where you celebrate winter together. Then if anyone wants to do a card or gift exchange or something else then they can do it privately. I think this would be the best way in which to not exclude anyone.
