I am doing some research on the difference between blue collar and white collar workers organisational behaviour. Can anyone suggest any good books on the topic.

This research sparked my interest because, we had a medical survey and found out that there is a visible Smoking Prevalence between blue and white collar workers.

Blue-Collar Workers 35 %
White-Collar Workers 20 %

I was thinking what other difference there are in blue collar and white collar workers organisational behaviour. Not necessarily medical related but more motivational and needs that motivate.
