I don't believe that you any chances for your issue.First of all because you live in a third world country and second because you are married and you are kind of stringed to your curent location. There is also a problem regarding your qualification because you didn't completed your graduation.
I wish you the best of luck in finding what you are looking for although I believe you have 1% chances. |

Hello Vinod,
I had a discussion with an Indian fellow I met while abroad. Like you, he also had intentions to enter the US, and he also has a family with 2 children. He told me a very interesting story about his ongoing efforts to enter the country.
It is very difficult to enter into the US even when you have great credentials, and show every promise of being a productive individual. In the case of my friend, he was offered two post-doctorate positions at prominent American universities after corresponding with professors in his field. Even when he was supported by such individuals, he was denied a visa to enter the country. These experiences would be enough to discourage anyone.
However, he hasn't given up. He's already in his late 30's and plans to immigrate to Canada in the hopes that as a Canadien citizen he can have a better chance to enter the US. It is a long process, but it would seem he is well under way to becoming a naturalized citizen of Canada.
His situation isn't quite like yours, but maybe if you are persistent you can succeed. I know anyone who works that hard to enter a country will most likely be an asset to that country. Best of luck. |
