Hi,

I'm new here so hi everyone! I wondered if anyone could help me as I've just found out I have an interview on Monday for a job I really want, and the letter says that before the interview there will be a telephone test. This is not a telephone interview - it is because the job basically involves contacting victims of crime over the telephone to check that they are receiving the necessary support and services available to them.

I have been struggling to find advice online for my situation, it all seems to be just about telephone interviews. I'm good on the telephone but have never done a similar job and have never done a telephone test or role play in an interview before so if anyone has any advice on what they think will happen or I should do, it would be gratefully appreciated!

Thank you!

Ar you going to work for an institution authoprized by the Government of not? I'm trying to get this thing...you'll be talking with victims of crime...so you probably know what you would say to such a person...I mean if you're interested in the job you know what the requirements are. Now....I recommend reading some things about the VICTIMS OF CRIME SUPPORT....I believe you're doing the wrong search. The telephone is just the way to talk, the employer is actually interested in the actual conversation. So you should look for some questions related to the field (the sort of shrink to a patient questions).
Good luck! I'm not an authorised voice but I hope my words have helped you in a way.
