Myes....I would say changing your profile could help you earn more. You're a little bit restrained now to the hospitality and clinic field. However, I don't know about the IT field....the competition is great and there are a lot of requirements...job requirements I mean. Sometimes one can do more working in a "not so popular" field, sometimes the situation is reversed.
But you can choose the salary negotiation option. You can ask for extra hours or to add some extra services....show yourself malleable and maybe you'll have success. |

The IT domain pays good money, but it really depends on what you have to offer. AS someone else said above, the competition is great, especially there, in India, between you, Indians...not to mention Romanians, Russians and Americans. You Indians work for less money...sometimes the quality of the product is good, but very often it happens to be worse than anyone expects...Just because the request of IT job is soooo high and a lot of people think they can do a great job in the field.
My point is that if you're good and dedicated and have all possibilities, you can enter and remain in the field. If not, it would just be a trip for you |
